Financial considerations
We do not want you to invest your budgets in areas where you do not get a return. That is why we will always appraise your needs before proposing a solution. Financial constraints are always with us and in many instances we find that more intelligence around data structure and management of a project actually lowers overall cost through maximising the work hardware and software can do, effectively we use an outcome based model for costing. |

Methodology and best practice
Of course we all learn from experience. Some of the largest installations in the UK are Fr3dom Health. South London and Maudsley (SLaM) run their PEDIC centre on our platform and iTrack at Imperial College London is the largest scale patient experience project in the country. We have also deployed in GP surgeries and small acute trusts, this depth and breadth of understanding is why we can offer best practice solutions but also innovative methodologies – no two projects are the same. |

Cutting edge software and tools
All our tools are in house. As a result we can respond to new requirements very quickly. Our platform is a market leader and is growing all the time. Most of our customers have an element of bespoke work in their solutions and this is possible because our own team of developers are fully in house. To keep ourselves at the forefront of technology we ask our customers to challenge us, to demand the exceptional and to maintain focus on what they wish to achieve, allowing us to deliver the tools to do it. |

Processes
At project initiation we will work with you to agree how your project is to be managed. PRINCE2 or other management protocols can be used or maybe a simple project plan is all that is needed. Flexibility in approach allows us to agree how we will work together, not just what we want to achieve. You will have a dedicated contact and a senior (probably board level) project sponsor who will remain engaged throughout implementation. |
