Design
Our design phase is almost always a collaborative process. While we will deploy technology based solutions on our platform, the design phase will cover elements from look and feel of screens (both capture and display) to the data architecture required to fulfil all data capture and reporting requirements, both internal and external. |

The nuts and bolts of how your vision comes to life. Once structures are designed we will customise the platform and build the data structures to support your strategy. Health +
Of course health care is focussed on service delivery, patient experience and outcomes. Health + looks at how the platform and tools we provide can be extended to cover other requirements such as staff or community surveys, clinical coding, productive ward surveys, site audits and other applications. Full field automation of community based services is also undertaken, using the same platform. |

Management
Many customers have a full in house team who can manage an implementation, or write a technical specification.
