Online Surveys<
Great for extending reach or for post episode surveys. Web based capture is simple and easy but most importantly can be used together with other channels – use PDAs in the community, a tablet on the ward and follow up with online post discharge – they can all write to the same data set. |

IVR
Interactive voice recognition is a great tool for visually impaired users. The only outsourced component used by Fr3dom Health the data from IVR can be integrated back into the data warehouse seamlessly. |

Phone feedback
Audio verbatim comments can be captured through all enabled devices allowing qualitative feedback to be integrated and analysed with quantitative survey data. Audio clips and movies can be tagged with relevant Ids making them searchable, usable and meaningful. |

Data should be available to all service user, patients and staff. Through allowing you access to all raw data and reports all of the time you can share insights and discuss concerns openly with all your community, underpinned by reliable and robust data. Reporting
A real time dashboard provides functions such as topline charts, analysis and raw data as well as device tracking and activity logs. We also offer bespoke reporting (for scorecards and internal KPI style reporting) and Push Reporting where pre defined reports are emailed out to recipients determined by triggers such as time, results or exception. |

PiP
Patient Information Points are tools through which information can be presented or accessed. Typically large screens or kiosks with content designed specifically for their location. Real time feeds from patient feedback activity can be combined with narrative from within the trust and content from outside. Deciding on what to show, and when is covered in the design service stream. |

RSS feeds
Keeping your real time results real. From our dashboard inside the reporting server we can setup RSS feeds for you to particular people, for particular results. Keep on top of what service users are saying without having to dig into piles of data. |

Data centre (1)
The repository where all assets and data is stored. A three node back up and SSL secure environment together with a three token management system on all devices allows data to be repatriated via 3G, HSDPA, WAN, LAN and WiFi. A powerful SQL cluster the data centre is scalable, industry standard compatible and very robust. |

SSL secure data bases keep your data 100% secure at all times. Access to raw data and reports is controlled. This server is used to provide all data and assets as an on demand system. Access all your findings, reports, images, sound bites and videos easily and quickly, this data base is about the distribution of your data. |
