Feedback with Fr3dom Health and Picker Institute

Southampton University Hospitals NHS Trust (the Trust) is a complex teaching hospital with over 60 wards. Following joint exploration with Fr3dm Health, The Picker Institute and key stakeholders Julie Dawes and Pam Sorensen, it was agreed to pilot the capture of patient views using ward2board™ from Fr3dom Health, a combination service of hardware, software and consultancy together with the Picker Institute.

* Harrogate PCT patient census
Harrogate Hospital had established a requirement to generate a snap shot of patient feedback to explore in more detail findings from PALS and paper based surveys. The Picker Institute was asked to provide this service through their Frequent Feedback service which uses Fr3dom Health ‘s ward2board™ technology and consultancy to collect and report patient survey data
